QUICK STEPS FOR OBTAINING YOUR DIGITAL SIGNATURE CERTIFICATE (DSC): 1. Obtain Application Form from us. You can download this application form & take a printout of the same as a Hard Copy. 2. Fill the Application Form Correctly. Fields indicate by * are Compulsory. The mobile number and email ID should be unique in the application form. The application should be filled up and signed in Blue-ink only. 3. Mobile Verification for all Classes of Certificate:
Before providing final Approval, CA should make a telephonic verification, through the mobile number provided in application By this provision, the mobile number is mandatory in the application form. The mobile number should also be unique in the application, as currently made in case of email ID.
4. a) Require Self Attested copy of PAN Card or Any photo Identity Proof &
b) Require Self Attested copy of any one of the latest bill of WATER / ELECTRICITY / POWER / TELEPHONE / VOTER'S ID CARD / DRIVING LICENSE / VEHICLE REGISTRATION CERTIFICATE / PASSPORT / SERVICE TAX / VAT Tax / Sales Tax Registration Certificate / Property Tax / Corporation / Municipal Corporation Receipt in the applicant's name.
c) Require Self attested copy of ID card of the attesting officer (Compulsory).
* Gazetted Officer OR Bank Manager OR Post Master attestation mandatory. Attestation of supporting documents by RA is no more allowed. The supporting documents should be attested only by Group A/B Gazetted Officers / Bank Manager / Post Master. The Attesting Officers should also specify their Name, designation, office address and contact number. The list of Gazetted Officers are also listed in CCA Guidelines. The signature and attestation must be in blue ink and cannot be in Black / Green / Red ink. Just to reiterate, attestation of photocopies shall be made only against producing originals.
